Well, a decade is over. And my heart is broken. Trot Nixon, is no longer a member of the Boston Red Sox. 10 years of service, nothing but heart, blood, sweat, tears and hard work, and one of the KEY elements to the 2004 World Series Champions, is gone. Trot has been my favorite player, and will continue to be, although I will always cheer for the Sox, I hate the way this ended, and I hate to see him go. Thanks Trot, for all you've done for this team, for your constant heart and courage, your character and integrity. Good luck in Cleveland, God bless.
